NEUTRAL Non Corrosive Industrial silicon is a high performance , one component ADHESIVE /SEALANT formulated for Industrial & Electrical Applications.
SB-789 remains permanently flexible,and exhibits excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates.

SB-789 INDUSTRIAL SILICONE IS SUPPLIED READY-TO-USE.
THE paste like consistency makes it easy to work;
the cure progresses inward fromthe surface. At conditions of at least 72°F (22°C) and 50% relative humidity, the sealant forms a tack free skin in 30 minutes.
**Tooling is not practical after skin forming begins and also should be completed within 5-10 minutes of application. **
SB-789 has a self life of 12 months from date of manufacturing.
when stored in the original unopened containers at or below 80°F(27°C).

gp-100 multipurpose silicone sealant is one part sealant that offer excellent adhesion, weatherability and elasticity for general glazing and for sealing application.

application:
- surface must be clean and dry
- mask smooth surface to simplify clean up
- use approved back-up material in joint.
- cut nozzle to desired size.
- insert cartridge into caulking gun.
- push sealant ahead for uniform bead
- tool within 5 minutes
- clean off excess sealant with m. E. K. Or toluene
gp-100 will tack free in approximately 5 minutes and will cure to a depth of 3mm in 24 hours. Longer curing time may be necessary in dry and low humidity area.

It is an odor less, one part adhesive sealant suitable for all kind of industrial applications even in adverse conditions. It has high bond strength and primer less adhesion on many type of substrates or moist surfaces. It can be painted with most kind of paints and has superior weather ability in all climates. It has a wide temperature range and will not form bubble within sealant even in a high humidity condition. It is an ideal product for all in one indoor and outdoor bonding and sealing purposes.
